Women in Logistics Events

Here's what was said about our last event:
"Open, friendly & informative"

For enquiries and bookings please mail to events@womeninlogistics.org.uk

Events organised by Women in Logistics UK are sponsored, both by companies providing free facilities and food, and by the organisers giving up their time. Although they are free to attend they are not free to put on. If you book for one of our events, we expect you to attend. However if you cancel the booking within a week of the event we will request a donation of an appropriate amount to our chosen charity, Transaid. This is not compulsory but we feel it is fair compensation if you cancel at less than a week's notice.

WiL Transaid Summer Ball

Friday, 6th July 2012 at 7pm - 11:30pm

Our fabulous Summer Charity Ball will be great fun and raise funds for our chosen charity, Transaid.

There will be a delicious meal, followed by live music and dancing.  Lots of other surprises are planned, so it will be a night to remember!  The dress code is 'dressy' and don't forget you'll need to be able to dance in those shoes...

Like all our events, the Summer Charity Ball will be a superb networking opportunity to see colleagues you know from throughout our industry and meet friendly new people.

The Chesford Grange Hotel in the Midlands is easily accessible by car or public transport.  It has red roof turrets, luxurious deep-pile carpets and is set in 17 acres of beautiful countryside.  Plenty of overnight accommodation is also available.

Please support this event, enjoy yourself and help us raise money to bring essential transport skills to people in the developing world.
